I’m Leo Gagliardi, an Argentine tattoo artist with over 16 years of professional experience. Recently, I was granted an artist visa that allows me to live and work in the United States, something I’m truly grateful for. Being able to continue developing my craft here, meeting new people, and creating meaningful work on skin is something that inspires me every day.

Throughout my career I have worked in more than 100 tattoo shops around the world, collaborating with artists from different cultures and learning from many approaches to the craft. Currently I work in various tattoo studios across Colorado, and I also travel regularly for guest spots in other shops across the country.

Travel has always been an important part of my life and my work. I enjoy moving, discovering new places, meeting people, and finding inspiration in the road. Because of that, I frequently travel through the Rocky Mountains, working in tattoo shops in different mountain towns while experiencing the incredible landscapes that Colorado offers.

I also work regularly in Denver, a city I deeply appreciate for its cultural richness and history. At the same time, I spend a lot of time working in the Boulder area, where I live and where my home is based.

My approach to tattooing is personal and collaborative. I take the time to listen carefully to each client’s idea, understand what they want to express, and translate that into a tattoo that will live on their skin for the rest of their lives. Tattooing is not only about the moment of making the tattoo—it’s about the long relationship between the artwork and the person who carries it.

Because of that, I also believe strongly in aftercare and long-term responsibility. I always follow up with clients to make sure their tattoos heal properly, and I offer free touch-ups whenever necessary to ensure the tattoo stays strong and solid over time.

Over the years I’ve worked in many different styles of tattooing—including American traditional, Japanese, black and grey realism, color work, tribal, and fine line. Exploring different styles has helped me understand the craft from many angles, and I continue learning and refining my work with every tattoo I make.

I offer online consultations, phone consultations, and in-person meetings, always working inside professional tattoo studios to guarantee the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

I’m very happy to be here in the United States, continuing my path as an artist, meeting new people, and creating new projects.

If you’re thinking about getting a tattoo, I would be very happy to hear your idea and create something meaningful together
